Camino Rose Bali Villa Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Prize Description

The winner will receive a complimentary 4 night stay at Villa Number 3 at Nisi Villas, located in Bingin, Uluwatu, Bali. This villa accommodates up to seven (7) guests.

2. Redemption & Validity

  • The prize is valid for two (2) years from the date the winner is officially announced.

  • Booking must be made directly through Camino Rose and is subject to villa availability.

  • Blackout periods may apply during peak holiday seasons and public holidays.

3. Inclusions

The prize includes accommodation only. Flights, airport transfers, meals, and any other personal or travel expenses are not included.

4. Entry Requirements

To be eligible, participants must complete the following:

  • Follow both @Camino.Rose and @CharlieeBrownn__ on Instagram

  • Like the official giveaway post

  • Share the giveaway post to their Instagram story (public profile or send screenshot for proof if you are private)

  • Comment and tag at least one friend per comment

    • Each valid comment with a tag + shared post = 1 entry

5. Bonus Entries via Purchase

Participants can gain additional entries by shopping on the Camino Rose website:

  • Spend $20 AUD = +3 bonus entries

  • Spend $35 AUD = +5 bonus entries

  • Spend $65 AUD or more = +15 bonus entries

All qualifying purchases must be made within the giveaway period. Order name and email used at checkout must match the Instagram profile or be submitted for verification upon request.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random and announced via Camino Rose’s official Instagram page.

  • The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize, otherwise a new winner may be drawn.

  • Camino Rose reserves the right to request proof of identity or age prior to confirming the winner.

7. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other product or service.

8. Usage Conditions

  • The winner and guests must comply with the property rules set by Nisi Villas.

  • Any damage caused to the villa or property may result in charges.

  • Camino Rose reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Disclaimer

Any additional products included in the prize pack (e.g., sunglasses, bikinis, accessories) are provided at the discretion of Camino Rose and may be sourced from third-party brands.
Camino Rose is not affiliated, partnered, or endorsed by these brands unless explicitly stated. These brands are not involved in the administration of this giveaway.
