Camino Rose has always been about feeling good in your skin. But what it stands for today is something far greater than any product, it's a brand with a beating heart, built in honour of a boy who changed everything.
Where it began
A GAP IN THE MARKET,
A MUM WITH A VISION.
Camino Rose was founded by Charlie Brown mother of three, and a woman who simply couldn't find what she was looking for on the shelves. As a mum who cared deeply about what she put on her skin, Charlie was frustrated by self-tan products that delivered colour but neglected the skin beneath it. There was no hybrid. No formula that treated tanning as skincare. So she built one.
The goal was clear: create Australia's ultimate tanning mousse, one enriched with botanicals, gentle enough for weekly use, and beautiful enough to make the ritual of self-tanning feel like genuine self-care. Camino Rose was born from personal frustration, entrepreneurial ambition, and a mother's instinct to do better.

Camino Rose was built to fill a gap in beauty. But life ,as it so often does, had a bigger plan. Charlie's son Reign was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive brain cancer, and what followed was one of the most profound and heartbreaking chapters a mother can walk through. Charlie nursed Reign at home throughout his 7 week battle, by his side every step of the way, until he was taken from their family far too soon.
Reign was the kind of child who made you feel the weight of every ordinary moment, and the extraordinary gift of being present for it. His fight changed the way Charlie sees this brand, this business, and this life. Camino Rose is no longer just about the perfect tan. It is about honouring him, and building something that matters.
That shift is intentional and permanent. Camino Rose has evolved from a product built for beauty into a brand built for purpose, one that holds grief and joy in the same hands, and uses commerce as a vehicle for change.
